Apricot Kernel Oil

Sweet Almond Oil
The Sweet Almond tree is an original native of the Mediterranean but now is cultivated in many places. Almond oil is emollient (skin softening), moisturizing, and an anti-inflammatory. It is a light oil that is unlikely to clog pores. It absorbs relatively slowly but does not leave you feeling greasy. It is perfect for all skin types!

Castor Oil
Castor oil comes from seeds of the ricinus communis plant, which is native to tropical areas of Africa and Asia. By serving as a source of ricinoleic acid and several other fatty acids, castor oil has some properties that make it a useful skincare product, particularly for the face. Castor oil is thought to have anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and moisturizing properties

Coconut Oil
This oil has surely earned a positive name for itself. It contains anti-microbial properties, meaning it is effective in bacteria related issues, while at the same time fighting infections. It also works to lock in moisture as it strengthens your skin's protective barrier. It may block facial pores, but on the other hand, it will offer all day moisture on your newly shaven legs.

Grapeseed Oil
Along with high amounts of natural vitamin E oil (a natural antimicrobial helpful for acne and skin repair), and omega 6 fatty acids (helpful in boosting the function of your skin's protective barrier function), grapeseed oil has much to offer. It also boasts a quick absorption rate and does not clog pores!

Rice Bran Oil
This oil is known to reduce the appearance of aging by smoothing out fine lines and wrinkles. In Japan, women who use rice bran on their skin are known as the 'rice bran beauties'. If this has not already wooed you, it also contains vitamins E and B along with antioxidants and essential fatty acids.

Sunflower Oil
This sunflower oil is cold expeller pressed, maintaining all the benefits that lie within. It is easy for the skin to absorb and the many nutrients penetrate deep into the hypodermis. Vegetable Derived Glycerin
My super power is as a humecant, a strange word for my ability to draw moisture from the air into your skin. I am light and easily absorbed and add some extra 'glide' to your lotion, or 'slickness' if you will. Because of these qualities I am a primary ingredient in Violet Mae Creations Shave Butter and Light Face Cream. I also boast of a very gentle nature, making me a great choice for those with sensitive skin.

Avocados are champions of sensitive skin, befriending those with acne and eczema. A natural source of vitamin E, avocado oil is a natural antioxidant which protects your skin from environmental downers such as UV and pollution. Kokum Butter
Because of its rich emollient properties, kokum butter is easily absorbed by the skin and lips, so its healing properties can penetrate deeply into the layers of the dermis rather quickly.
